Security authorities uncovered details of a video circulating on social media showing a man scaring passersby, particularly the elderly, using a dog in Alexandria.
Upon investigation and questioning the video publisher, a housewife residing in the Thane Al-Raml police district, she stated that she witnessed the incident on the 11th of the month near her residence but did not file a report at that time.
The man appearing in the video was identified and apprehended in the same district, in possession of an unlicensed dog. He denied scaring the public when confronted.
Legal procedures have been taken, and the dog is being placed in an authorized veterinary facility to ensure public safety.
