Investigative authorities have scheduled a hearing on March 25 for the “Bus Boy” to appeal the judgment issued against him in an embezzlement case, while finalizing procedures for his release.
The accused had cleared his previous harassment case, but an earlier embezzlement case from last year prevented his release, prompting him to take legal action to overturn the ruling.
His brother explained that delays in release were linked to an unpaid loan, emphasizing that the accused is a responsible individual with over a year and a half of work experience without any misconduct. His employer also confirmed his good conduct and commitment during his employment.
The lawyer representing the young man confirmed that legal appeal procedures are ongoing, and release is expected soon once all formalities are completed.
