The Economic Court scheduled March 30 for the first session of the trial of TikToker Omar Farag and his brother, known for the “Umm Omar” character, on charges of violating Egyptian family values, misusing social media, and posting inappropriate content.
Investigations revealed that the TikToker and his brother created videos featuring his sibling with special needs and published inappropriate content on their personal social media accounts.
Authorities from the Ministry of Interior located and apprehended the accused, residing in the Al-Muneera Al-Gharbeya district in Giza, and both admitted to managing the account and posting the content in question.
