Security authorities investigated a viral video showing a minibus driver verbally abusing passengers and exceeding the permitted load, forcing them out onto the road in Beheira.
Examination confirmed the identification of the minibus in the video, which was properly licensed, and its driver, a worker without a valid driving license residing in Abu Homs police jurisdiction. He admitted to committing the actions depicted in the video.
The vehicle was impounded, and legal measures were taken against the driver to uphold passenger rights and public safety.
