The General Directorate of Passports, Immigration, and Nationality continues to implement measures to make it easier for seniors and people with special needs to obtain police services and official documents.
These measures include monitoring humanitarian cases at all branches across the governorates, ensuring necessary support and facilitation, in line with the Interior Ministry’s policy of respecting human rights and easing citizens’ access to services.
The directorate has assisted numerous elderly and humanitarian cases, completing procedures efficiently. The ministry emphasizes the continuation of these efforts as part of a modern security system that prioritizes citizens’ convenience and smooth access to police services at all locations.
