Shady Mohamed Resolves Dispute with Real Estate Developer After Receiving Unit
Captain Shady Mohamed settled his dispute with a real estate developer after receiving the contested unit and completing all financial obligations, ending a legal conflict that began in 2019.
Lawyer Mohamed Rashwan announced the resolution of the legal dispute between his client, Captain Shady Mohamed, and a real estate developer, following the receipt of the contested residential unit and the settlement of all financial obligations.
The dispute dates back to 2019, when Shady Mohamed collaborated with the company in a limited advertising campaign, then later purchased two residential units in one of their projects in New Cairo. Over time, disagreements arose regarding contract details, including delivery schedules and agreed-upon specifications, turning the partnership into a prolonged legal conflict.
Shady Mohamed clarified that he cooperated in good faith, promoting the company and selling units worth around 300 million EGP without receiving any payment, before being surprised by a lawsuit filed against him. With the reconciliation, the dispute has now been fully resolved and closed.
