The specialized Court of Appeal today acquitted TikTok star Nourhan Hefzy from charges of possession and consumption of drugs in the Haram area, following her appeal against the earlier ruling that sentenced her to two years in prison and a fine of 10,000 EGP.
Case No. 37389 Criminal Haram 2025 revealed during investigations that Nourhan Hefzy had fentanyl, known as “ice,” intended for personal use. Security authorities had apprehended her on August 21, 2025, in the Haram police jurisdiction, with the drug in her possession.
The latest court decision clears her of all charges, restoring her legal freedom following the proceedings.
