Egyptian authorities reveal the circumstances behind a violent fight in El-Salhiya, Sharqia, after several people were injured and the suspects were arrested with weapons.
The Ministry of Interior has revealed the details of a viral video showing a violent assault between several individuals in El-Salhiya New City, Sharqia Governorate.
Security investigations showed that police received a report from a hospital stating that a worker and two women were admitted with fractures and multiple bruises.
The injured victims stated that a dispute broke out with neighbors over residential disagreements and children’s play, which quickly escalated into a physical fight using dangerous tools.
According to investigations, five suspects attacked the victims using a stick, an axe, and a car jack, causing serious injuries.
After legal procedures were completed, security forces arrested the suspects and seized the tools used in the assault. During questioning, they admitted to committing the incident as described.
Legal measures were taken, and the Public Prosecution has launched an investigation into the case.
