The Daily Spiritual Routine of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ From Dawn to Night
Dr. Ali Gomaa revealed the Prophet Muhammad’s ﷺ daily routine of remembrance and worship, showing how every moment of his day was filled with connection to Allah and spiritual guidance.
In a deeply spiritual narration that brings tranquility to the heart, Dr. Ali Gomaa, a senior scholar at Al-Azhar, explained that the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was not separated into ordinary moments and acts of worship, but rather a continuous flow of remembrance, devotion, and divine connection.
Morning Beginning with Gratitude and Praise
The Prophet ﷺ would begin his day upon waking with words of gratitude, saying:
"Praise be to Allah who restored my soul, healed my body, and allowed me to remember Him,"
followed by the morning remembrance: "We have entered the morning and all dominion belongs to Allah."
Every Movement Filled with Remembrance
His movements throughout the day were never without remembrance. He would glorify Allah when descending and magnify Him when ascending, ensuring that his heart remained constantly connected to the Creator.
Home, Travel, and Mosque as Spaces of Worship
When leaving home, he would say: "In the name of Allah, I trust in Allah."
Upon entering the mosque: "O Allah, open the doors of Your mercy."
Prayer itself was the peak of remembrance, beginning with Takbir and ending with peace, filled with Quranic recitation and devotion.
Post-Prayer Supplications and Istighfar
After prayers, he would consistently engage in glorification, praise, and declaration of Allah’s greatness, completing them with heartfelt remembrance and the well-known master supplication of forgiveness.
A Night Concluded with Worship
Even at night, his remembrance did not cease. He concluded his day with forgiveness and prayer, teaching that life itself is worship and that the heart finds peace only in the remembrance of Allah.
A Complete Way of Life
Scholars emphasized that this prophetic routine is not merely a set of habits but a complete way of life that keeps a believer constantly connected to Allah.

Pilgrims often ask about the correct timing and places for reciting Talbiyah, a key ritual that marks the beginning of Ihram and accompanies the Hajj journey.
A common question arises about whether more than one person can perform Hajj on behalf of the same deceased individual in the same year, and what Islamic rulings say about it.
Many Muslims wonder whether Hajj must be performed as soon as they are able, or if it can be postponed, especially with differing scholarly opinions on the matter.
During difficult times, many turn to heartfelt prayers seeking relief and fulfillment of their needs, as الدعاء remains the closest path to hope and divine response.
