Oppo continues to surprise smartphone enthusiasts with unexpected decisions in its upcoming Reno 15 series. According to recent leaks, the company plans to simplify its lineup, reducing it to two main models instead of three — Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro — as part of a refined production strategy aimed at improving efficiency and focus.

The upcoming Reno 15 lineup will reportedly feature a premium metal body with IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, along with high-resolution 1.5K displays running at a smooth 120Hz refresh rate.

The base Reno 15 is expected to feature a 6.32-inch display, a 200MP HP5 main sensor, and dual 50MP lenses for ultra-wide and telephoto shots.
The higher-end Reno 15 Pro will sport a larger 6.78-inch screen, similar display quality, and possible support for 50W wireless charging.

Both models are rumored to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor and pack a 6500mAh battery with fast charging support and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
