Ayman Younes Ignites Zamalek’s Spirit Ahead of the Final: The Cup Is a Token of Gratitude to the Fans
Ayman Younes urges Zamalek players to win the Egypt Cup as a gesture of gratitude to the fans and support for the management.
Ayman Younes, Zamalek’s former star and ex-member of the club’s football committee, issued a passionate message to the White Castle players ahead of the much-anticipated Egypt Cup final against Pyramids. He urged them to feel the responsibility and give their utmost effort to make the fans happy, especially those who have stood by the team during the toughest times.
Younes said on his X (formerly Twitter) account:
“It’s very important that the fans support and cheer the Zamalek players to win the Egypt Cup. But what’s even more important is that the players themselves feel the duty to repay the loyalty of the fans and the club’s board who stand behind them, by winning the cup.”
He emphasized that fan support alone won’t be enough unless matched by the players’ commitment and determination to secure the title, considering the cup a real chance to restore confidence and start a new chapter for the team.
Pyramids finish the league strong but without the title
