Biography

💡 Fouad Zaki Mohamed El-Mohandes was born on September 6, 1924, in the Abbasia neighborhood of Cairo, as the third child in his family. His father, the linguist Zaki Mohamed El-Mohandes, played a significant role in developing his artistic skills.

 

🌟 He began his artistic career in university theater and later joined the "Sa'a Li-Qalbak" troupe in the 1950s, which led to his first significant opportunity in cinema with the film "Bint Al-Jiran" (1954).

🎬 He began his film career with roles in movies such as "Ayoun Saharana" (1956) and "Bain Al-Atlal" (1959), later becoming a prominent comedic actor in the 1970s and 1980s.

 

🎤 He also recorded many songs for children, such as "Eid Milad Abu El-Fasad" and "Rayeh Ajeeb El-Deeb Min Deilo".

 

💫 He ventured into film production with the movie "Viva Zlata" (1976), though it didn’t achieve the expected success.
