The Administrative Court at the State Council set a session for December 13 to consider Hadeer Abdel Razek’s appeal, filed through her lawyer, seeking to suspend and annul the application of the phrase “violating any principles or family values” in the Cybercrime Law.

Earlier, the First Chamber for Rights and Freedoms scheduled a session on December 13 to review an urgent case filed by her lawyer requesting her release after two and a half months of execution, based on a presidential pardon for two-thirds of the sentence or provisional release for half the duration under the law regulating reform and rehabilitation centers.
Freezing of Assets
The Second Chamber of the Cairo Economic Criminal Court confirmed the decision to prevent Hadeer Abdel Razek from disposing of her assets, including cash, movable property, bonds, safes, deposits, electronic wallets, and real estate, whether by sale, transfer, mortgage, or any personal or property arrangement, across all banks in Egypt.
