Security Forces Intensify Efforts to Uncover Circumstances Behind Two Mysterious Deaths in New Cairo Compounds

Security forces are intensifying investigations into two mysterious deaths inside separate compounds in the Fifth Settlement, amid strong suspicions of foul play in both cases. The Public Prosecution has launched an urgent investigation to determine the causes of death.

The first incident began when residents of the Galleria compound reported a strange odor emanating from one of the residential units. Police quickly responded and discovered the body of a man in his mid-30s, identified as "M. N.," a board member at a private company.
The deceased had been living alone and hadn’t been seen in days, prompting neighbors to alert the authorities.
His body was transferred to the morgue under prosecution orders, and an initial external medical examination was conducted. The official forensic report is awaited to determine whether the death was natural or a result of a crime.

Around the same time, security forces received a second report about another body found inside a jacuzzi in a villa at a separate luxury compound in New Cairo.
Initial investigations reveal that a worker discovered the body during routine duties. Police were notified immediately, and the body was transported to a hospital as the prosecution began its inquiry.

According to informed sources, investigators are currently collecting surveillance footage from around both the villa and the apartment. They are also interviewing nearby residents and acquaintances of the deceased. The mobile phones of both victims have been seized for technical analysis to look for any messages or clues that may shed light on the mysterious circumstances.

The Public Prosecution continues to carry out its procedures and has ordered the forensic department to prepare a detailed report, including full examinations to detect any signs of violence, toxins, or injuries indicating external interference.

So far, no official statement has been issued confirming or denying the presence of criminal suspicion, and investigations continue amid concern and anticipation among the residents of both compounds.
