Seasonal depression management extends beyond vitamins, with experts encouraging daily aerobic exercise, maintaining consistent sleep routines, using light therapy lamps that simulate natural sunlight, and incorporating simple mood-boosting elements like indoor plants to promote calmness and emotional balance.
