Repenting from repeated sins is one of the most virtuous acts that brings a person closer to God, especially after Maghrib prayer. This blessed time is ideal for sincerely returning to God. Scholars emphasize that sincere prayers, glorifications, and praises after prayers are among the best ways to seek forgiveness, and acknowledging sins is a crucial step in repentance.

Some recommended prayers after Maghrib include:

"There is no deity except Allah alone, without partner, to Him belongs all sovereignty and praise, and He has power over all things. O Allah, none can withhold what You give, and none can give what You withhold."

"O Allah, You are my Lord, and I am Your servant. I have wronged myself and confessed my sins, so forgive me all my sins. Indeed, You alone forgive sins."

"O Allah, I seek Your forgiveness from every minor or major sin, by ignorance, forgetfulness, or negligence, and grant me steadfastness in Your obedience."

It is also recommended to complete 100 glorifications after every prayer:

"Subhan Allah 33 times, Alhamdulillah 33 times, Allahu Akbar 33 times, completing 100: There is no deity except Allah alone, without partner."

Benefits of regularly performing these prayers:

Purifies the heart from sins and worries.

Strengthens closeness to God and increases inner peace.

Opens doors to forgiveness and mercy.

Increases good deeds and closeness to God through worship.

Consistency in reciting these prayers after Maghrib or whenever one feels the need for repentance cleanses the believer’s heart and reminds them that God’s mercy is always available for those who sincerely return to Him.
