In times of hardship and financial struggle, many seek a means to attract provision and relief. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ offered his daughter Fatimah a timeless prayer when she asked him for a servant, guiding her instead to spiritual richness over material aid:

“O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and the Mighty Throne, our Lord and the Lord of all things, You are the Manifest, nothing is above You; You are the Hidden, nothing is beneath You; Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Qur’an; Splitter of grain and date seed; I seek refuge in You from the evil of all things whose forelock You hold. You are the First, nothing before You; You are the Last, nothing after You. Relieve us of debt and enrich us from poverty.”

This profound supplication embodies both humility and certainty in God’s mercy, recognizing His majesty while seeking His aid to overcome need and burden.

In another narration, Imam Ahmad reported that Ali ibn Abi Talib said:

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught me to say: O Allah, suffice me with what You have made lawful so that I may avoid what You have forbidden, and make me independent of all others through Your grace.”
He added: “Even if you owed a mountain of gold, Allah would pay it off for you.”

The Prophet ﷺ also taught prayers to remove anxiety and bring provision, such as the well-known supplication:

“O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, from incapacity and laziness, from cowardice and miserliness, and from being overcome by debt and men.”
The companion who recited it testified that Allah relieved him of his worry and debt.

Another beautiful invocation reported from the Prophet ﷺ reads:

“O Allah, Owner of sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and take it from whom You will; You honor whom You will and humble whom You will. In Your hand is all good. Have mercy on me with a mercy that makes me needless of the mercy of anyone else.”

These prophetic prayers are not mere words but lessons of faith and contentment. They remind believers that true wealth lies not in possessions, but in trust in Allah, satisfaction, and blessings that fill the heart and home. Whoever recites them with sincerity will find doors of provision opened and burdens lifted by divine grace.
