Zamalek's first team training session, held on Friday evening at the club’s grounds, witnessed the addition of two new members to the coaching staff under head coach Ayman El-Romadi. Hamada El-Sayed joined as assistant coach, while Mohamed El-Shafei took on the role of fitness and conditioning coach.
El-Romadi Strengthens Technical Team with Fresh Additions
The duo’s inclusion was based on the vision of Ayman El-Romadi, who specifically requested their support due to their experience and capability to enhance the coaching team during the upcoming stage. Both Hamada El-Sayed and Mohamed El-Shafei actively participated in leading the team’s training alongside the rest of the coaching staff.
Special Physical and Rehabilitation Drills for Zamalek Players
As part of the team’s preparations, El-Romadi implemented a tailored physical and rehabilitation program for the players during today’s session. The conditioning segment was divided into two parts: the first consisted of physical drills using fitness equipment and lasted 15 minutes, while the second focused on ball work with short passing exercises between players, closely monitored by the coaching team.
El-Romadi Personally Oversees Training
Head coach Ayman El-Romadi closely supervised the execution of the training program in real-time, while his assistants recorded notes to evaluate each player's physical condition.
