The A10 coaching diploma continues at the headquarters of the Egyptian Football Association in 6th of October City, as part of a program aimed at developing Egyptian coaches and raising their technical and coaching standards in line with the latest trends in global football. ⚽🔥
The diploma is organized in cooperation with the Confederation of African Football CAF and is being held for the tenth time, reflecting the Football Association’s continued interest in developing coaching personnel and providing coaches with academic and practical experience that can support their careers in football.
⭐ A Training Program to Develop Coaches
The diploma is part of a development plan supervised by Shawky Gharib, the technical director of the Egyptian Football Association, alongside Dr. Gamal Mohamed Ali, Director of Development and Training at the association, and Ehab El-Gendy, Director of Coaching Licenses.
The program aims to provide a diverse training curriculum combining theoretical and practical aspects, with a focus on the latest methods used in team preparation, match analysis and the development of suitable tactical plans for different competitions.
These programs give coaches an important opportunity to exchange experience and learn about the rapid developments in modern football, particularly as playing styles continue to evolve and tactical analysis and planning become increasingly important. 📢
🏆 Rabie Yassin Lectures During the Course
Today’s activities included a lecture delivered by Rabie Yassin, the former head coach of several Egyptian youth national teams, as well as a coach who has worked with a number of Egyptian clubs.
During his lecture, Yassin discussed several topics related to developments in modern football, focusing on playing systems and coaching methods, as well as the latest tactical trends that have emerged in international competitions.
He also addressed developments in playing styles during the 2026 World Cup, giving participating coaches an opportunity to learn how tactical ideas have evolved at the highest levels of the game.
Lectures delivered by experienced coaches are particularly valuable because they allow participants to benefit from practical experience alongside the academic side of the diploma. ✨
👥 25 Coaches Participate in the Diploma
The diploma features 25 coaches working in the Egyptian Premier League and Professional League, giving the program a competitive character and a diverse range of experiences among participants.
The diploma lasts for six months, with a total of 280 training hours, divided into four courses. Each course lasts six days, with the sessions distributed according to the program’s schedule throughout the designated period.
The number of training hours reflects the organizers’ commitment to providing comprehensive educational content rather than relying only on short lectures or limited theoretical information.
