Adly El-Keii’s Son Slaps Mido: I Used to Carry You Under His Arm
A fiery response from Adly El-Keii’s son to Mido.
Fiery Statements Between Adly El-Keii’s Son and Mido Over Mido’s Transfer Crisis to Al Ahly
Mohamed Adly El-Keii, son of Adly El-Keii, former head of Al Ahly’s football company, responded to comments made by Ahmed Hossam Mido, member of Zamalek’s planning committee, regarding Mido’s desire to join Al Ahly.
Mohamed said on his official Facebook account: “I really had to step in to take you away from under his arm, whether you’re mature or not.” He added: “And when he lies, why didn’t I respond? I said nothing happened, and yet he says it to your face in the same interview.” Mohamed concluded: “He is known to be a liar and his account is always hacked. May God improve your situation and ours, my son.”
On his part, Mido responded in his latest media appearance to Adly El-Keii’s son’s statements, considering them untrue. He said: “I have all respect for Engineer Adly El-Keii, but what was said is not true, and honestly, it upsets me when I see elders lying.” He continued: “When a person grows old, his children are supposed to protect him and prevent him from repeatedly appearing in the media. I know many facts but I don’t speak out of respect for their age.” Mido concluded: “Even if the claims were true, they shouldn’t be said out of professional ethics. Lying is unacceptable, and it’s shameful for someone to appear on shows like this and be used for responses. This is not the role of elders.”
This new escalation in the crisis between Adly El-Keii’s son and Mido opens the door for more fiery statements.
