After long controversy… the lawyer of Hossam Hassan’s wife reveals details of the final reconciliation.
Dana Adam’s lawyer revealed the resolution of the dispute regarding her villa in Alexandria and is awaiting the prosecution’s decision to allow her to take possession, while her appeal session against the detention decision has been postponed.
Mohamed Fakhry, the lawyer of Dina Mostafa, known as Dana Adam, wife of the Egyptian national football team coach Hossam Hassan, revealed details about the resolution of the dispute regarding his client’s villa located in the King Mariout area of Alexandria, which is jointly owned by both parties and their children.
Fakhry explained in an official statement that Captain Hossam Hassan attended the investigation sessions at the prosecution and presented documents proving the termination of the lease contract with the person who claimed to have rented the villa. He emphasized that these documents confirm the accuracy of the statements previously issued by his office and completely refute what was circulated in the media and news sites accusing his client of assaulting the tenant.
The lawyer added that they are currently awaiting the prosecution’s decision to enable his client to take possession of her villa, noting that an official announcement will be made as soon as the decision is issued. He confirmed his client’s keenness to fully restore her rights.
Fakhry strongly warned anyone attempting to harm his client’s reputation or spread false news about her, affirming that she will take all necessary legal measures to protect her rights and defend her reputation.
In a private statement after the dispute was resolved, Hossam Hassan’s wife expressed her relief, saying, “Everything is over, thank God.”
It is worth noting that the competent authorities in Alexandria released Dana Adam pending investigations in a case accusing her of assaulting her husband. Meanwhile, the prosecution decided to postpone the hearing of her appeal against the decision to detain her for one month in the same case, setting the session for July 15 for the verdict, reflecting ongoing legal follow-up of the events.
