Ahmed Rabie, midfielder for Zamalek’s first football team, continued his rehabilitation program set by the club’s medical staff. He trained individually on the sidelines of the team’s session held Tuesday evening at the sub-field of the Air Defense Stadium, as part of preparations for the upcoming Egyptian Premier League campaign.
His rehab focused on light physical exercises, muscle strengthening, as well as movement and flexibility drills, all within the framework of a gradual return to full fitness. Rabie is still recovering from a recent muscle injury.
