Al Ahly SC has announced a major escalation by filing an official complaint to the Public Prosecutor, along with a report to the Supreme Council for Media Regulation, against Modern MTI channel 💣⚽ over what the club described as false information harming its image and stability.
In its official statement, the club said the complaint was triggered by statements made on one of the channel’s programs, which it described as “false allegations” ❌⚽, particularly regarding club president Mahmoud El Khatib and the administration’s stance.
The club denied claims about internal conflicts or any boycott by the president 🔴⚽, stressing that the board operates in an organized manner with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
Al Ahly emphasized that responsibilities within the board are distributed according to an administrative vision that serves the club’s interests, while Mahmoud El Khatib continues to oversee strategic matters 💼🏆.
The statement also rejected any rumors of internal crises, confirming that the club remains stable and that such reports aim only to create unrest among fans ⚽💣.
Al Ahly concluded by affirming its commitment to taking all legal measures against any media violations, stressing that the club’s legacy and value are greater than any attempts to spread misinformation 🔥🏆.
