Al Ahly’s Director of Football, Walid Salah El-Din 🦅, has officially thanked Amir Abdel Hamid, the goalkeeping coach, Mohamed Naguib, the assistant coach, and Abdel Rahman Issa, the fitness coach, for their dedication and hard work during the club’s transitional phase.

This announcement comes after Al Ahly confirmed the appointment of Danish coach Jess Thorup 🇩🇰 and his new backroom staff to lead the team through the upcoming phase of the season.
Al Ahly will face Al Ittihad of Alexandria at Cairo International Stadium 🏟️ at 5 p.m. today (Wednesday), as part of Matchday 11 of the Egyptian Premier League. The Red Devils will look to continue their winning run in what will be Thorup’s first league appearance as head coach, after his debut in the CAF Champions League against Aigle Noir of Burundi.
