Prince Nawaf bin Saad, president of Al Hilal Saudi Club, revealed that the club has reached an agreement with star Ruben Neves to renew his contract, and has started negotiations to extend Kalidou Koulibaly’s contract 🤝⚽.
Prince Nawaf stated in remarks published by “Al-Youm” newspaper: "We held talks with Koulibaly and his agent to renew his contract, and there is also an agreement with Ruben Neves to continue with the team."
He added: "This season, we are participating in several competitions including the league, AFC Champions League, and King’s Cup. Our constant goal is to make our fans happy, and we aim to participate in the Club World Cup again to represent our nation as we did before."
Prince Nawaf continued: "Al Hilal’s ambitions are not limited to a single title; we aim to achieve the treble this season. Our fans only accept trophies. My return after seven years has reignited my passion and desire to serve the club again."
Al Hilal in the Saudi League
Al Hilal currently occupies third place in the Saudi Pro League standings with 20 points, behind Al Nassr (first, 4 points ahead) and Al Taawoun (second, 1 point ahead).
It is worth noting that Al Hilal was eliminated from the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup in the quarterfinals after losing to Fluminense from Brazil.
