The Al-Masry SC team, led by Tunisian coach Nabil Kouki, will kick off its African campaign in the CAF Confederation Cup with a crucial first-leg encounter against Al-Ittihad Tripoli of Libya in the second preliminary round of the 23rd edition of the competition.

The much-anticipated match will take place at 8:00 PM Cairo time at the Tripoli International Stadium, where the Egyptian side aims to secure a positive result away from home before the return leg in Port Said next week ⚽🇪🇬🔥

The CAF Referees Committee has appointed a Gabonese officiating crew for the match. Tanguey Mebiame will serve as the main referee, assisted by Amos Ndong and Aurel Ondo, with José Aba acting as the fourth official. Sibet Liberato from South Sudan will oversee the match as the commissioner, while Aweys Ahmed from Somalia has been assigned as the referee assessor.
