🔥 Al Nassr’s attacking power keeps shining in the Saudi Pro League after smashing Al Ittihad’s long-standing record that had stood since the 2011–2012 season, for the most goals scored in the opening five rounds of the league.

This new milestone came after Al Nassr’s emphatic 5–1 victory over Al Fateh on Saturday night at Al Awal Park Stadium, as part of Matchday 5 of the league. With this win, Al Nassr raised its goal tally to 19, surpassing Al Ittihad’s previous record of 18 goals, according to statistics published by the Saudi newspaper Arriyadiyah.

This season, Al Nassr relies on a terrifying attacking lineup led by Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, alongside Joao Felix, Kingsley Coman, and Sadio Mané, under the guidance of Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, who has built a dynamic and well-balanced offensive system.

📊 In the list of the strongest attacking starts in the league’s history, Al Shabab and Al Hilal come third with 16 goals each  Al Shabab achieved that in the 2012–2013 season, while Al Hilal matched it last year.

Al Nassr’s brilliance doesn’t stop at scoring goals; the team has shown great efficiency in decisive moments, netting four of its five goals against Al Fateh in the final 15 minutes of the match. According to Opta statistics, Al Nassr is currently the team with the most goals scored in the last quarter-hour of matches this season  a sign of its mental and physical dominance until the final whistle.

🏆 According to SofaScore, Al Nassr continues its perfect start in the league with a full 15 points from five matches, averaging 3.8 goals per game while conceding only two and keeping three clean sheets. The team’s average rating stands at 7.30 — the highest among all clubs in the Saudi League so far.

📈 With this fifth consecutive win, Al Nassr sits at the top of the table with 15 points, four points ahead of second-placed Al Hilal, while Al Fateh remains in 16th place with just one point.

This marks the third time Al Nassr achieves a perfect start after five rounds  previously in the 2014–2015 and 2018–2019 seasons, both of which ended with Al Nassr crowned champions. Fans are now hoping history repeats itself th

is season. ⚽💛
