Zamalek’s management has definitively decided to loan the promising player Ahmed Abdel Rahim “Eisho” during the upcoming summer transfer window, in a strategic move designed to advance his professional career by providing the ideal environment for gaining experience and direct competition. After his contributions last season under Ayman Al-Ramady were limited to brief appearances, the technical committee judged that now is the right time to give him the chance to make full use of playing minutes and regular inclusion in another Egyptian Premier League squad.

Accordingly, “Eisho” will join a selected Premier League club, where he will follow his training and tactical program under a new coaching staff. This will allow him to encounter diverse playing styles and challenges, whether as a starter or from the bench. The loan contract also includes a clause for periodic monitoring by a Zamalek technical delegation to track his progress and assess his performance in official matches, plus monthly technical review sessions between him and his former coach Ayman Al-Ramady.
Beyond the technical and physical benefits, this loan will strengthen “Eisho”’s ability to cope with fan and media pressure and develop his on- and off-field communication skills, contributing to his growth into a mature, responsible professional. He is expected to return to the White Castle at the start of the following season equipped with a broader tactical toolkit and physically and mentally prepared to compete strongly for his position—allowing Zamalek to capitalize on his talents in their pursuit of domestic and continental titles.
