This visit aimed to directly oversee the preparation plan for the upcoming 2025-2026 season. His visit came after the players completed a 48-hour rest period following the conclusion of an intensive training camp in Borg El Arab, which included several successful friendly matches.

The Borg El Arab camp featured numerous training activities focused on raising the team’s physical and mental readiness. During the camp, new tactics were tested, and equal opportunities were given to young players and new signings to compete for starting positions. This was part of the coaching staff’s plan, led by Khaled Galal, to build a strong and balanced team.

The club management invested heavily in the summer transfer market, signing eight highly skilled players to reinforce various team positions: Mostafa Shalaby from Zamalek with a 3-season contract, Ahmed Yassin for 2 seasons, Ahmed Meteb and Mostafa Dawidar each for 3 seasons, Yousry Waheed, an attacking midfielder, on a 3-season contract, Mohamed Ashraf Ben Sharqi from Ghazl El Mahalla on a 4-season deal, along with Amr Elgazar and Ahmed Qiffa each signing for 3 seasons.
