The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has made its final decision regarding the proposal to increase the number of participating teams in the CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup next season.

According to Moroccan reports, CAF decided to maintain the current competition format without introducing any changes to the number of participating clubs.

Moroccan newspaper Al Mountakhab reported that CAF rejected the proposal to modify the regulations of the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup.

The African football governing body decided to continue with the existing system and keep the current number of participating teams.

Following CAF’s decision, the Moroccan clubs participating in African competitions have been confirmed.

Maghreb Fez and RS Berkane will represent Morocco in the CAF Champions League, while Raja Casablanca and AS FAR will compete in the CAF Confederation Cup.
