Egypt continues to dominate the world of squash 🌍🏆, as the Professional Squash Association (PSA) announced the new global rankings for men and women on Monday for the 2025–2026 season. The Egyptian stars Mostafa Asal and Nouran Gohar, representing Palm Hills Club, have successfully retained their world No.1 spots 💪.
In the women’s rankings, Egypt’s supremacy remains unshaken. Nouran Gohar held the first position, followed by Hania El Hammamy in second place, and Amina Orfi in third. Nour El Sherbini, one of Egypt’s legends, came in fourth, while American Olivia Weaver ranked fifth. Belgian Tinne Gilis occupied sixth place, Japan’s Satomi Watanabe was seventh, Malaysia’s Sivasangari Subramaniam took eighth, American Amanda Sobhy came ninth, and England’s Georgina Kennedy completed the top ten 👏.
As for the men’s rankings, Egyptian champion Mostafa Asal continues his dominance at the top 🔥. Peruvian Diego Elias came second, followed by New Zealander Paul Coll in third, Welsh Joel Makin in fourth, and Egyptian Karim Abdel Gawad in fifth.
Further down the list, English brothers Mohamed ElShorbagy and Marwan ElShorbagy ranked sixth and seventh respectively, followed by Youssef Soliman in eighth, French Victor Crouin in ninth, and Youssef Ibrahim completing the top ten 🇪🇬.
