Debate continues around the performance of some Al Ahly players this season, with former Smouha chairman Farag Amer offering his opinion on the situation of Gradišar at the club ⚽🔥.
🔴 Farag Amer’s View on Gradišar
Farag Amer stated that Gradišar has not yet received a genuine and fair opportunity to showcase his full potential at Al Ahly. He emphasized that any early judgment on the player would be premature and not fully reflective of his abilities.
He added that the player has already shown glimpses of technical quality during his limited appearances, suggesting that he possesses the skills needed to succeed at a higher level ⭐.
🔵 Technical Ability Still Emerging
According to Amer, Gradišar has clear technical strengths but still needs more time, confidence, and consistent playing minutes to fully adapt to the team’s system and the competitive environment.
He believes that with proper development and patience, the player could significantly improve and become an important asset for the squad 🏆.
🟡 Importance of Coaching Role
Farag Amer stressed that the most important factor in the player’s development is the presence of a strong coaching staff capable of improving his performance.
He explained that any player requires trust, continuous opportunities, and stability in order to develop, rather than irregular appearances that prevent rhythm and confidence 📢.
🟢 Al Ahly’s Development Philosophy
Al Ahly is known for developing and refining players within its system, whether they are new signings or existing squad members. This makes Gradišar’s situation a key topic within the technical staff’s evaluation process.
The club continues to focus on maximizing squad depth due to the demanding schedule of domestic and continental competitions ⚽🔥.
🟣 Open Future for the Player
Gradišar’s future at Al Ahly will largely depend on the opportunities he receives in the coming period and his ability to make an impact whenever he is given playing time.
If he manages to capitalize on his chances, he could eventually become an important player for the team, as Farag Amer suggested, while stressing that any final judgment remains premature.
