The Egyptian Professional Clubs Association has announced its disciplinary decisions regarding the second-leg matches of the 2024–2025 Capital Cup semi-finals, based on the competition regulations, violations, and the quality control system.

Ceramica Cleopatra & Ismaily: Suspension and Fine for Belhaji
The committee decided to suspend Ceramica Cleopatra player Ahmed Said Belhaji for two matches and fine him EGP 5,000 after he received a red card during the match.

ENPPI vs. National Bank of Egypt: Series of Suspensions and Fines
Tamer El-Sayed Mostafa – ENPPI's administrative manager:
Suspended for one match and fined EGP 5,000 after being sent off due to a second yellow card.
Mohamed Hommos Mohamed Soliman – ENPPI’s coach:
Suspended for one match and fined EGP 5,000 for also receiving two yellow cards.
Mostafa Adel Abdel-Meguid Youssef – ENPPI player:
Suspended for 3 matches and fined EGP 30,000 for using offensive language toward the referee and his assistants.
Ahmed Abdel-Zaher – ENPPI coach:
Banned from accompanying the team for 3 matches and fined EGP 20,000 for using inappropriate language and attempting to assault the referee.
Ahmed Essam – ENPPI performance analyst:
Given the same penalty as Abdel-Zaher (3-match ban and EGP 20,000 fine) for the same reasons.
Heavy Fine on ENPPI Club
The club received an official warning and a fine of EGP 100,000 due to the team’s temporary withdrawal from the match before eventually resuming play.

Penalty for the National Bank Team
Ahmed Rabie Attia, team player:
Suspended for one match and fined EGP 5,000 after receiving a third yellow card.

Application of the Nile League Regulations
The association confirmed the enforcement of Article 54 of the current Nile League regulations regarding the accumulation of cards and warnings for players, technical, administrative, and medical staff.
