Helmy Toulan has an impressive record in Egyptian football. As a player, he won three major titles with Zamalek Club, including the Premier League and the Egypt Cup twice. At the coaching level, he managed the national youth and Olympic teams and worked with Zamalek on several occasions, contributing to winning local and continental championships, including the Premier League, the Egyptian Super Cup, and the African Cup Winners' Cup.

Since 1999, Toulan collaborated with coach Otto Pfister at Zamalek, playing a key role in achieving significant accomplishments between 1999 and 2002.
