📉 Al Masry SC have been dealt a major blow ahead of their highly anticipated clash against Al-Ittihad Tripoli, as key playmaker Mido Gaber has officially been ruled out due to injury.

Medical scans conducted after the team’s league match against Smouha confirmed that Mido Gaber had suffered a sprain in the outer ligament of his knee, sidelining him from the upcoming fixture.

🚑 The midfielder was forced to leave the Smouha match after sustaining the injury, adding to Al Masry’s growing list of absentees, which already includes Youssef El-Gohary, who continues his recovery program following foot surgery, while doubts remain over the readiness of Mohamed Makhlouf and Karim Bambo.

⚽ Under the guidance of Tunisian coach Nabil Kouki, Al Masry will hold their final training session this Saturday evening at the New Suez Stadium, ahead of Sunday’s decisive second-leg match of the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round, scheduled for 9 PM.
