Khadija Husseinnova, Education and Development Coordinator at the International Paralympic Weightlifting Federation, expressed her great excitement to be in Egypt for the World Para Powerlifting Championship in the New Administrative Capital, emphasizing that participating in this event is a historic and unique experience as it is the first edition held in Africa.
Khadija said: "I am very happy and excited to be here. This championship represents a very important experience for me, and everything has been going wonderfully so far."

Khadija praised the outstanding organizational success of the championship, noting that Cairo 2025 has seen a record increase in participants by 107% compared to Dubai 2023. This reflects the professionalism of the organizing committee and the enthusiasm of federations and athletes from around the world to take part in this global event.
She added: "The number of participants is truly amazing, which shows that para powerlifting is continuously evolving and reaching new heights."
