Egyptian tennis player Miar Sherif achieved a new milestone by winning the Parma International Women’s 125-point tournament title. She claimed a well-deserved victory over Canadian Victoria Mboko with a straight-sets win of 2-0 in the final held on Saturday, finishing with identical set scores of 6-4, 6-4.

Miar’s Journey Through the Tournament

Miar began her campaign with a strong win against the Liechtenstein champion in the round of 32, taking the match in straight sets 7-5, 6-2. She then shone in the round of 16, defeating the Australian champion 6-3, 6-3. In the quarterfinals, Miar advanced after the Kazakhstan champion withdrew, before securing an important semifinal victory over the Swiss champion with a score of 6-4, 6-4.
