Minister of Sports Meets Youth Entities Union and Directs Launch of “Youth Entities Day” in Sinai
Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, held a meeting with the board of the Egyptian Union for Youth Entities to discuss future cooperation and youth engagement in community development. During the meeting, he directed the launch of a “Youth Entities Day” in North and South Sinai to promote youth integration in national development efforts.
🌍 As part of Egypt’s ongoing efforts to empower young people and enhance their role in national development, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, held an extensive meeting with the Board of the Egyptian Union for Youth Entities at the ministry’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital to discuss future collaboration and action plans.
The meeting included a review of the Union’s strategic plan, which aims to increase youth participation in developmental and community activities across the country, aligning with the national vision for building the Egyptian citizen and achieving comprehensive sustainable development.
Dr. Sobhi emphasized that the Ministry views youth entities as key partners in implementing the National Youth and Sports Strategy, noting that the coming period will witness expanded cooperation to maximize the utilization of youth potential in executing developmental and community initiatives nationwide.
The Minister stated:
“We are committed to ensuring that youth entities become an active part of the national development system, in line with the political leadership’s vision of empowering young people and giving them opportunities to participate in decision-making and development projects across Egypt.”
He added that launching a ‘Youth Entities and Forces Day’ in North and South Sinai reflects the Ministry’s belief in the importance of integrating young people into development efforts in border areas and strengthening their sense of belonging and community participation. This initiative represents a new step toward supporting structured youth engagement across the nation. 💪
