In a surprising and exciting move, Al Ahly Club announced the completion of the signing of Mohamed Ahmed, known as "Seha," goalkeeper of Haras El Hodoud, who was loaned from Misr El-Maqassa, in a big deal that strengthens the team’s defense line in preparation for the upcoming season. This transfer is considered one of the most prominent signings for Al Ahly during the summer transfer period, reflecting the club's ambition to enhance its squad with outstanding players capable of making the necessary contributions in the upcoming phase.

Sources close to Al Ahly revealed that the deal with Seha was completed after successful negotiations with Misr El-Maqassa’s officials, who agreed to transfer the talented goalkeeper to the Red Castle. In the presence of Mohamed Yousef, Al Ahly’s sports director, the player signed his new contract with the team. According to available information, the deal includes a five-year contract, highlighting the club's strong belief in the player's abilities and his potential to provide strong performances with Al Ahly.

Regarding the financial aspect of the deal, sources indicate that Al Ahly paid around 35 million Egyptian pounds, in addition to some special benefits for the young goalkeeper, who will be granted a distinguished contract ensuring him a starting spot in the first team. This move is part of Al Ahly's strategy to strengthen its squad with top players. The club also secured the permanent signing of Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet, reflecting the club’s strategy to bolster all lines of the team.

Al Ahly continues to work on strengthening its squad ahead of the upcoming competitions. The club has also signed Tunisian player Mohamed Ali Ben Ramadan to strengthen the midfield, in addition to reaching an agreement with Ahmed Sayed Zizo, the Zamalek star, who will play a significant role in motivating the team during the upcoming tough competitions.

The signing of Seha indicates the team's intention to build a new generation of players with high technical and physical quality. The young goalkeeper, who caught attention last season with Haras El Hodoud, now aims to prove himself at one of the continent’s biggest clubs, as he will work on improving his skills under the supervision of Al Ahly's coaching staff, which is renowned for bringing out the best in its players.

In a continued effort to strengthen its squad, Al Ahly seeks to achieve balance across all lines, and this recent transfer is expected to be the beginning of significant transformations within the team, especially with the team preparing for tough competitions like the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. This new addition will enable Al Ahly to compete at the highest levels both locally and regionally, and further emphasizes the club’s successful strategy in selecting players who guarantee continuous competition for championships.

It’s also worth noting that Al Ahly is preparing for a series of important matches in the upcoming season, as the African Club of the Century sees itself in a constant race against time to maintain its local and regional dominance. The new signing highlights Al Ahly’s future goals to strengthen the team’s position in all tournaments it participates in.

Al Ahly is not content with just winning trophies; it also aims to continue renewing and updating its squad consistently. The Seha transfer is one of the key steps toward this major goal, as Al Ahly will continue to bring in the best players in various positions, proving its enduring worth as one of the biggest clubs in Africa and the world.

After the completion of the transfer, it remains to be seen how Seha will impact the team’s lineup in the upcoming period and how he will make Al Ahly’s defense line stronger and more solid.
