Informed sources have revealed that Mohamed Shawky will not be part of the new technical staff led by José Rivero. The decision comes as part of a comprehensive restructuring of the coaching team following the departure of Swiss manager Marcel Koller.

It is worth noting that Shawky had previously joined Al Ahly’s coaching staff during the short interim period led by Emad El-Nahas, following Koller's exit.

El-Nahas Expected to Stay in Rivero’s Team

Meanwhile, expectations suggest that Emad El-Nahas will remain as part of Rivero’s backroom staff, while the new technical team will consist almost entirely of foreign members.
