Al Nasr Football Club continues strengthening its first-team squad ahead of the new Professional League season, as the club management completed several new deals to improve the team’s quality and competitiveness.

The club, led by chairman Hesham Kotb, aims to build a strong squad under head coach Mohamed Khalaf before the start of the 2026-2027 season.

Al Nasr New Signings for 2026-2027 Season

Four New Players Join Al Nasr

Al Nasr completed the signing of four new players:

• Ahmed Qassem from Proxy Club, playing as a midfielder.
• Abdullah Waheed from Media Club, playing as a left-back.
• Omar Mokhtar from Aluminium Club, playing as a defensive midfielder.
• Abdullah Obeid from ZED Club, joining as a striker.

The contracts were signed in the presence of head coach Mohamed Khalaf.

Previous Al Nasr Transfers

The club had already completed three additional signings:

• Mohamed Eid from Media Club as a right-back.
• Mazen Abdel Sattar from Police Union Club as a left winger.
• Abdullah Shaarawy from Kom Hamada Club as a center-back.

This brings Al Nasr’s total new signings to seven players.

Al Nasr Preseason Preparation

The team will play friendly matches during its preparation period, including a game against Saudi club Al Najma on Wednesday at Al Nasr Stadium.

The team will also face Egyptian Premier League side Al Ahly in a friendly match at Mokhtar El-Tetsh Stadium on Thursday.

Al Nasr Schedule in Professional League 2026-2027

Al Nasr will begin its Professional League campaign against El Entag El Harby away from home in the opening round.

Matches will initially be played at 4:30 PM until the sixth round, before changing to 3:30 PM starting from October 1.

The final 38th round will be played on May 27, 2027.
