Former Al Ahly striker Osama Hosni has stirred controversy by publicly calling for the dissolution of Zamalek’s Board of Directors, claiming there are suspected irregularities within the club. He urged Egypt’s Ministry of Youth and Sports to intervene, similar to how it handled the Ismaily SC case earlier this year.

Sports journalist Khaled El Ghandour revealed Hosni’s remarks on his official Facebook account, writing:
"Captain Osama Hosni is calling for the dissolution of Zamalek’s board, just like what happened with Ismaily."

In other news, the Moroccan refereeing team assigned to officiate the Zamalek vs. Dekedaha (Somalia) match in the CAF Confederation Cup Round of 32 (second leg) arrived in Cairo on Wednesday.

The crew is led by Samir Kazaz as the main referee, assisted by Zakaria Brinsi and Hicham Ait Abou, with Mostafa Kachaf serving as the fourth official.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) also appointed Jamal Salem Embaya from Libya as the general match commissioner, while Jerome Ivongo Nzolo from Gabon will oversee referee performance.
