📚 The session witnessed great interaction, as Ruiz provided a simplified and practical explanation of key rules related to goalkeepers, supported by video clips from international competitions and the Egyptian league.
🚨 The lecture focused on major controversial situations involving goalkeepers, such as fouls inside the penalty area, physical challenges while catching the ball, and the legal limits of ball control using hands or feet.
💬 The session also included open discussions between Ruiz and the coaches to exchange insights and improve understanding, aiming to reduce errors and strengthen cooperation between coaches and referees.
👥 The lecture was attended by Gamal Mohamed Ali, Director of Coaches Administration, and legendary goalkeeper Essam El-Hadary, Head of Goalkeeper Coaches Development, as part of the Egyptian FA’s efforts to enhance continuous education and development programs.
