Sports analyst Amr El Dardir revealed that Pyramids FC has made a lucrative offer to Malian player Aliou Diang, aiming to secure his transfer to the team in the upcoming period.
El Dardir stated on his Facebook account that the offer totals $5.25 million over three years, equivalent to around a quarter of a billion Egyptian pounds, distributed across three seasons: $1.5 million for the first season, $1.75 million for the second, and $2 million for the third. The proposal highlights Pyramids FC’s intention to acquire an experienced player with exceptional technical abilities.
In a related development, sports journalist Ahmed Shobier noted that Al Ahly is seeking to renew Diang’s contract to ensure he remains with the club, emphasizing that he is a key pillar in Torop’s lineup and has maintained a consistently high level of performance since joining the team.
Shobier added that Diang is comfortable at Al Ahly, but he has also received offers from several Saudi clubs following his impressive performance with Al Khaleed Saudi Club. This makes his contract renewal a top priority for Al Ahly’s management to secure his continuity.
