📌 Pyramids FC has officially expressed strong objections to the refereeing team assigned to their match against National Bank of Egypt SC in the Egyptian Premier League.
⚖️ The match will be officiated by referee Amin Omar, while Mahmoud Ashour will serve as the Video Assistant Referee (VAR).
🏟️ Pyramids will face National Bank of Egypt at 9:30 PM at Cairo International Stadium, in the postponed Round 15 fixture of the Egyptian Premier League.
📢 The club stated that it had previously objected to Amin Omar officiating any of its matches due to past decisions they believe were unfair, noting that a formal complaint had been submitted against him in August.
⚠️ Pyramids also objected to Mahmoud Ashour’s presence on VAR, citing a controversial red card shown to Ahmed Tawfik against Al Ahly last season, which the club considers unjustified.
📄 The club added that administrative manager Ahmed Zaher also filed a complaint against Ashour following that match due to an alleged verbal incident after the final whistle.
