Sports broadcaster Ahmed Shobeir revealed a major surprise by exposing the behind-the-scenes reasons for the halt in negotiations between Zamalek and their star player Abdallah El-Said, despite both sides having reached advanced stages of an agreement.

Shobeir said in his radio statements that Abdallah El-Said had completed all the details with Amr El-Ganainy to sign a new contract with Zamalek, but things suddenly changed at the last minute without any warning.

He explained that the official story from Zamalek pointed to the player missing the training camp due to muscle fatigue, but Shobeir hinted that there is more to the story, noting that fans have become more aware and now know the full truth behind his absence.

Shobeir added, "The issue of whether El-Said stays or leaves cannot be postponed and must be resolved as soon as possible to avoid repeating the confusion within the team."

Zamalek is currently preparing for a tough match against Petrojet in the seventh round of the championship stage of the Egyptian League, scheduled for next Saturday at 8 PM.
