Sudden Change in Refereeing Crew Ahead of Al-Masry vs Ceramica Clash

The Egyptian Football Association’s main referees committee has decided to make a change to the officiating crew for the Al-Masry vs Ceramica Cleopatra match, scheduled for Saturday evening as part of the seventh round in the Egyptian Premier League title-deciding phase. Mahmoud Mansour has been appointed as the fourth official, replacing Atef Hussein.
The officiating team for the match includes Sobhi Al-Omrawi as the main referee, with Osama El-Sayed and Mohamed Farouk serving as assistant referees. The Video Assistant Referee (VAR) role has been assigned to Mahmoud Nassef, assisted by Mahmoud Abou El-Regal. The match will take place at the New Suez Stadium at 8:00 PM local time (Cairo).
Al-Masry currently sits in fifth place on the league table with 36 points, while Ceramica Cleopatra is in sixth with 31 points. Both teams have played five matches so far in this phase, with three fixtures remaining for each until the end of the final stage.
