Al Ahly SC’s official Facebook page 🎥 released a video showcasing Bujumbura International Stadium, the venue for the upcoming clash between Al Ahly and Eagle Noir in the first leg of the CAF Champions League Round of 32, scheduled for Saturday at 4:00 PM Cairo time (3:00 PM Burundi time).
The team held its first training session in Burundi yesterday under heavy rain and thunderstorms⚡, which began with physical conditioning exercises before moving on to tactical drills in preparation for the match.
Head coach Jes Thorup is expected to hold a final team meeting with his players to discuss all technical and strategic aspects of the encounter.
Earlier today, the technical meeting for the match took place to finalize all organizational and logistical details.
Representing Al Ahly were Samir Adly (Administrative Director), Brigadier Alaa Salah (Security Coordinator), Dr. Ahmed Gaballah (Team Doctor), Maher Abdel Aziz, and Mohamed Osama (Team Officials), alongside CAF representatives and the match commissioners.
During the meeting, it was agreed that Al Ahly will wear their traditional red shirts, black shorts, and red socks, with the goalkeeper in a full sky-blue kit.
Eagle Noir will wear white shirts with black stripes, and their goalkeeper will appear in yellow with green accents.
