The Board of Directors of Zamalek Sporting Club, led by Hussein Labib, has finalized the stadiums where the first football team will play its matches during the upcoming season. This decision comes after coordination with the relevant authorities and the official approval of the selected venues.

According to informed sources, Zamalek has chosen Cairo International Stadium as the team’s main venue for all local and continental competitions, including the Egyptian Premier League, Egypt Cup, League Cup, and the CAF Confederation Cup. The selection was based on the stadium’s high technical readiness, strategic central location in the capital, and its historical significance as Zamalek’s traditional home ground.
In parallel, the Suez Canal Authority Stadium has been designated as the team’s alternative venue. It will be used in cases where Cairo Stadium is unavailable due to maintenance work, prior commitments by the national team, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Suez Canal Stadium is known for its strong infrastructure and high-quality pitch, earning praise from clubs participating in domestic competitions.

Zamalek is currently working to finalize several key matters in preparation for the new season. These include appointing a new head coach, concluding transfer deals to strengthen the squad, and completing administrative and technical arrangements for the football sector, all aimed at ensuring a strong start to the new season both locally and continentally.
