Zamalek Club is currently working on a comprehensive plan to market its players who have not had sufficient opportunities with the team, foremost among them Ahmed Hossam, by seeking suitable loan offers during the upcoming summer transfer window.

Ahmed Hossam joined Zamalek coming from El Gouna Club last January, along with several players such as Ahmed El-Gefaly, Mahmoud Gihad, and Salah Mosaddaq, but he was unable to establish himself or secure regular playing time. This has prompted the management to consider marketing him temporarily through a loan to another club or including him in swap deals aimed at strengthening the team with new players who are more needed.

In an effort to avoid losing any player for free, it was agreed that the policy for players who have been decided to be released will focus on finding loan offers or swap deals instead of letting them go without compensation during the summer transfer period. Through this policy, Zamalek hopes to maximize financial returns and benefit from the assets it owns.

The team's sporting director, John Edward, plays a pivotal role in searching for the best offers and negotiating with different clubs. He is working on studying all available options, whether loans or swaps, to achieve the greatest benefit for the club in the next season, both financially and technically.

The club has identified a list of players expected to leave, including several who are no longer in the technical staff’s plans, such as Mohamed Atef, Ahmed Refai, Mohab Yasser, Mostafa El-Zenari, and Hazem Osama. Zamalek is keen to market these players in a way that ensures its rights and maintains the team’s interests both sportingly and financially.

This approach comes as part of Zamalek’s preparations for the new season, with the board aiming to reinforce the team with new players who possess the capabilities to compete strongly in all competitions, while also achieving financial balance through optimal use of deals made during the summer transfer window.
